Laurel Pickles

My name is Laurel Pickles and I am originally from Southern Alberta, but now call East Central Alberta home. I am a mom to one son and a rural gal who loves nature, hiking, kayaking, sports, and animals.  

I am inspired by working in the field of Mental Health with kids and youth, especially in the realm of Sport Psychology. Aside from working in Mental Health within the schools, I also give seminars on the weekends to hockey teams and organizations.  As well, I also scout Junior and College Hockey and offer parent advisor services to Junior Hockey athletes and families. I am very passionate about the work I do within the schools as well as with the hockey teams, organizations, Colleges, and Universities I am a part of.
